1. Introduction
100x Roadmap ("we," "our," or "the app") is a life planning tool created by 100x Forum. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
We believe your personal reflections, goals, and life plans are deeply private. That's why we've built multiple layers of privacy protection into our app, giving you complete control over your data.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you use 100x Roadmap, you may enter personal information including:
- Mission statements and life goals
- Personal reflections and values
- Family information and relationships
- Financial goals and giving principles
- Time allocation preferences
- Conversations with the AI coach
Information Collected Automatically
We collect minimal technical data automatically:
- Error reports: When something goes wrong, we collect error details (stack traces, browser type, page URL) via Sentry to fix bugs. Your personal content is scrubbed from these reports.
- We do not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- We do not use tracking pixels or cookies for advertising
- We do not use device fingerprinting
Google Sign-In
Sign-in with Google is required to use the app. Through it, we collect:
- Your Google account email address
- Your display name
- Your profile photo URL
This information is only used to identify your account and associate your roadmap data with you.
3. How Your Data is Stored
Your data lives in one place: our application server.

4. AI Processing Options
We offer two ways to work through the planning exercises, each with different privacy characteristics:

AI-assisted (Anthropic Claude)
When using the AI-assisted mode:
- Your conversation is sent from our server to Anthropic's API for processing
- Requests are made server-side - your browser never sees our API key
- Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data
- Your conversations are saved to your account so you can return to them
Guided (No AI)
When using the guided mode:
- You answer structured questions and we assemble your responses for you
- No conversation content is sent to Anthropic or any other AI provider
- Your answers are saved to your account on our server
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

Error Tracking (Sentry)
We use Sentry to monitor application errors and performance. When an error occurs:
- Technical error details (stack traces, browser info) are sent to Sentry
- Your user ID and email are associated with errors to help us diagnose issues
- Your personal content (reflections, statements, conversations) is never sent to Sentry — we actively scrub this data
- Demo accounts are excluded from error tracking entirely
- Error replays may be captured when errors occur, with all text masked and media blocked
6. Data Security
We implement the following security measures:
- API Key Protection: Our Anthropic API key is stored server-side and never exposed to browsers
- Access Controls: Requests are authenticated and scoped so you can only access your own data
- HTTPS: All network communications are encrypted
- Server-side processing: AI requests are made from our server, never directly from your browser
7. Your Rights & Controls
You have full control over your data:
Export Your Data
Use the Export button to download all your data as JSON or Excel at any time.
Delete Your Data
- Your roadmap data: Use "Clear All" in settings to erase your roadmap content
- Your account: Contact us at the email below to request deletion of your account and stored data
Choose How You Work
You can switch between AI-assisted and guided (no-AI) modes at any time as you move through the planning exercises.
8. Children's Privacy
100x Roadmap is designed for adults engaged in life planning and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
